As all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@untapl.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where an issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing or personal preference.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
